Our trainers take your fitness goals seriously. We understand that losing weight, gaining muscle, or showing up to a training session can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. We provide a detailed nutrition and/or fitness assessment prior to beginning any program to create your individualized fitness and/or nutrition plan.
Ruchy Ullman an NASM certified personal trainer with almost a decade of experience in the fitness industry. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor's of Health Sciences from Blitstein Institute (now Sarah Hartman Women's College of Touro). She is currently completing her nutrition and pre and post natal certifications.
We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often fails. Our goal is to show you how fitness can easily become part of your lifestyle. We customize each workout based on your preferences and level. We strongly believe that if you make the effort to show up, you will become a LOLA Fitness addict.
